At PERFOX, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

By completing a purchase, you agree to this No Refund Policy.


2. Exchanges Only (Eligible Cases)

We only accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof required: order number and clear photos

PERFOX reserves the right to approve or deny exchange requests.


3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Used or opened products

  • Tested fragrances

  • Final sale items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse


4. Exchange Process

Step 2: Approval
We respond within 1–2 business days

Step 3: Return shipment

  • If the mistake is ours, we cover shipping

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted


5. International Orders

  • Exchanges only for defective or incorrect items

  • Customer may be responsible for shipping costs

  • Shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable
