Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and unopened, with all original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original item, and once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
